GateGlass is an Afterimage Works product. Open Satchel may appear in Paddle payment and account records because the existing Paddle seller account is being rebranded from Open Satchel to Afterimage Works.

Refund window

Direct GateGlass purchases are eligible for a refund request within 14 days of the purchase date.

Processing

Payments are processed by Paddle as merchant of record. Approved refunds are normally returned through the original payment method, subject to Paddle and payment-provider timing.

Abuse and exceptions
